No complains at all, the hotel met the demands. Had an awesome stay on vacation. Really enjoyed the location, it was marvellous and gorgeous really close to the nearby park as well as the forest. Plus, Frog Pond Ranario was within walking distance.

The location is amazing and magnificent, nestled in a peaceful area next to the hillside. The units are spotless and modern, offering breathtaking views. Complimentary access is provided to enjoy optional guided hikes, as well as shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel offers absolutely gorgeous views of the beautiful sunsets of Monteverde. the staff provided fantastic services and were absolutely super. - I truly enjoyed having central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV in my room.

Overall it is a modern hotel and we liked the stay, the location was stunning on a nature reserve. The rooms are modern and huge here with a gorgeous view and complementary access for guests, as example. We have to thank very amiable and absolutely courteous staff for an extra special stay.

This hotel was perfectly situated close to Santa Elena, La Fortuna restaurants, national parks, and the town, which was exactly what we were looking for.

The hotel is clean and has amazing staff. the double room is incredible and has a big bathroom. They offer fantastic service. Parking is possible on site. the venue met expectations and I would love to come back here sometime.
